I didnt think he could be this bad, I thought bare min he would be average.....only saving part of his game is the lack of TOs...

I will say, when you get the "madden" view- NO WR, TE, or drop-off RB is open on many of the passing calls. The lack of plays to get at least one player open is none. Maccdo is just as bad as any of the QBs that have taken snaps. He was the best Rhule could do, but i now think even Joke Brady would do better.

Such a weird path to go in a forum conversation.  It's devolved into "Who would win in a fistfight, Baker Mayfield or <random poster x>".  That's where we're at.

Lol yeah that dude is either a master level troll or he’s Sheldon from Big Bang Theory

His feet are awful. He seems to panic as soon as he gets the ball.

It is so sad that we wasted such a great performance by the defense.  Baltimore is a potent offense and we held them to 3 points for most of the game.  Thanks Shi and Mayfield.

Mayfield looked like he was standing on hot coals.

If we play him too much he will cost us a 4th. He needs to ride the pine.

Exactly. I don't know how Sam will do behind this new OLine but even if he still plays badly I'd rather we had shitty QB play with him and only give up a 5th than shitty QB play with Baker and give up a 4th.

    • I’m really having a hard time understanding how this actually went down. -Renfrow expected to make roster as 2nd/3rd string. -Panthers cut Renfrow; Keep Brycen Tremayne, and add UDFA receiver (Dalevon Campbell) to active roster.  -Canales/Morgan say it’s totally up to Hunter whether he wants to come back or not, they would love to have him.    -Renfrow not signed to PS -Panthers trade Adam Thielen -Hunter Renfrow signed to active roster with a raise after an injury to Coker nobody heard about and is likely to start.    Our WR room is now: -Xavier Legette (2024 1st round pick) -Tet McMillan (2025 1st round pick) -Hunter Renfrow (1 year out of the league) -David Moore (Canales’ friend? A guy way past his prime) -Jimmy Horn (Likely a Shi Smith reprint, but has potential 2025 6th round pick, weighs 174 lbs) -Brycen Tremayne (2023 UDFA who was on Washington’s PS for 2 years and caught 1 pass for -2 yards and averaged 300 yards per year at Stanford) -Dalevon Campbell (2025 UDFA had a good preseason but had 1463 yards and 3 TDs over 5 college seasons at 3 different schools). What the hell is going on?
    • Not uncommon for week 1 games. Especially against good defenses. It’s why I prefer my team play these small schools week 1 if they are going to play them. Gives the offense time to get calibrated.
