Don't you mean the Chapel Hill Tarheels once Mack retires again. 🤔

No. The HC in waiting isthe current OC Phil Longo unless he doesn’t want it.

UNC could do much, much better than Ruhle, and honestly every ACC team is above him aside from maybe Boston College.

if I was a power 5 school I would be making a hard run at Deion Sanders.  Hard.  Especially in a NIL world.   Would be so easy to get recruits to flood into his school.

I think Sanders probably is in a weird spot though.  In his little time coaching he already has had a big impact with HBCUs.  So there probably is some pressure to stay put for him.

A school with zero academic credibility and kinda isolated that would be a great fit for Deion is Arizona State. I don’t know why they aren’t going after him. Would be a great fit IMO

duke would kill for rhule and his goon squad..

It certainly looks like duke made a good hire this year and honestly Cutcliffe should have retired 2 years ago.

duke football is a good job because you basically have zero expectations and you will never, ever come close to the level of praise or scrutiny the basketball team receives. A lot of room to grow, especially if you can produce a respectable season like this year or beat UNC. Most duke fans pull for Bama, FSU, Notre Dame, USC, or South Carolina in football so there really is no pressure to win.

It was a harder job, but with the fall of ACC football its not that bad now. WF has shown whats possible, they are in a similar boat and gotten good results for years.

But you deserve Rhule coaching your school's program for all the trash talking you do about the other state schools. Soul Food Cooking GIF by WE tv

He quite literally won the lottery.  Why in the hell would anyone want that grind of a job having to deal with 17 18 year olds and all that comes with that?  Dude if you want to work do some commentating but even then I would question why.   70 million dollars is a poo ton of money and you could never spend that in 5 lifetimes

Rhule lives for the con. He just has to get over on people. It’s what he does

He's openly said he would leave Jackson State for a big time college job for the simple fact that it would get all of his coaches and staff paid big bucks.  His son is the only reason to stay, but he'd just transfer with him.

What “fall of ACC football” are you talking about? ACC is underrated in football and people just hate on the ACC because they think they’re supposed to.

Wow, he actually said that? Sounds like a nightmare to work for and play under him

Basically

    • Good, our ST is almost as bad as our ILB depth!
    • With two starters on expiring contracts (Moton + Corbett) as well as a few back-ups (Christensen, Mays, and Nijman), the Panthers are likely going to have to reinvest in the OL after this coming season. Icky's fifth-year option was picked up by the team this offseason while Lewis and Hunt both remain under contract then (though Lewis' deal is set-up in a way that would let Carolina move on from him then as well). I think that the team is going to be looking at investing a premium pick at RT should Bryce's development continue, and might even look to double dip at the position in order to have a swing tackle that can also kick inside when needed. There's also the question of starting center... Prospects I'm watching this upcoming college season... Centers Jake Slaughter (Florida) Iapani Laloulu (Oregon) Connor Lew (Auburn) Logan Jones (Iowa) Parker Brailsford (Alabama) Connor Tollison (Missouri) Bryce Foster (Kentucky) Pat Coogan Notre Dame) Raheem Anderson (Michigan) Carson Hinzman (Ohio State) RTs Francis Mauigoa (Miami) Kadyn Proctor (Alabama) Spencer Fano (Utah) Gennings Dunker (Iowa) Blake Miller (Clemson) Isaiah World (Oregon) Caleb Tiernan (Northwestern) Monroe Feeling (Georgia) Earnest Greene III (Georgia) Monroe Mills (Louisville) Charles Jagusah (Notre Dame) Tree Babalade (South Carolina) Trey Zuhn III (Texas A&M) Nolan Rucci (Penn State) Tristan Leigh (Clemson) Fernando Carmona (Arkansas) JC Davis (Illinois) Riley Mahlman (Wisconsin) PJ Williams (SMU) Tosh Baker (Notre Dame) Aki Ogunbiyi (Texas A&M) Courtland Ford (Kentucky) Ethan Onianwa (Rice)
    • I watched documentary on the 2010 Auburn season and Cam wasn’t included in that either. I think he just doesn’t care for these things
