QB Will Levis declaring for the NFL draft

Not necessarily news given his age lol.

Joking aside, he's got the tools; great arm, mechanics, needs someone to help put some things together.  Classic boom/bust.  I want to like him but he really makes some boneheaded in-game decisions.  All about the right environment, coaching and him maturing into a leadership role.

Further stresses the need for us to get some legit coaches up in here.

No he isn’t Cam at all. Cam came out the gates hit with a 400 yard passing game week one as a rookie. We would either need to let AR sit for a minute or really simplify the offense at first leaning on his athletic ability.

Reminder, Cam had the advantage of Chris Weinke summer school.

Those bums at Kentucky embarrassed his gators. The only bum I saw on that field played QB for Florida.

You think Florida fans don’t know our team is trash? You guys were expected to win. Folks here keep thinking beating Florida is like playing us in the early 2000s . We are well past us being a 10-11 win team every year. We won 6 games last season. We won 6 games so far this year. You guys won 10 last year and had your QB returning lmao.

It’s hard to be embarrassed when we knew we weren’t winning. And Richardson outplayed Levis against all common opponents.

It's going to suck for evaluation that Richardson and Hooker won't be at the Senior Bowl. I wonder when they announce which QB's will actually play. I guess we also have random Bowl games coming up

lol 2006-2010 PAC 10 ain't the current SEC.

my player comp would be a slightly better The Golden Calf of Bristol as far as NFL readiness goes.

I'm talking about players not teams. Both had all the physical tools you could want but turned the ball over too much and just don't seem to have a great feel for the game.

Yea. Dan Mullen kept starting Franks over Trask and then started Jones over Richardson. He made terrible calls at QB and had to be forced to go to Trask and never wanted to go to Richardson.

At least they didn’t play Kitna too much…

    • He’s also 21 years old. I don’t know why fiz is so eager to label him a bust
    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
