If he's cut are you going to be okay this go around? Let's just keep it limited to schoolyard insults and leave life and death out this time. Thanks.

I don't care if he's cut. I just said he's a good backup QB. Only schoolyard insults I'm seeing are coming from you, but that's to be expected.

Now, please continue calling everyone who isn't you a Darnold stan

Ok but he actually also had a TD that game... Dalton also has significantly more NFL experience which is valuable in a bridge guy imo.

Using one game to say darnold, who's team scored 10 points, is a better qb then dalton has to be the most moronic thing ever said on the huddle.  I mean that is velcro shoes level retarded

Then why are you using one game to say Darnold had a bad year in 2022?

I agree 100%, I said numerous times fat fitt is a fuging idiot for not grabbing him in the 5th when he fell into his lap instead of some rando linebacker especially considering just yesterday he thought the top 4 qbs would go in the first round

I like Brandon Smith's potential, but I definitely wish our trade up into the 3rd was for Howell. I actually thought that was our move when it was being announced.

    • It’ll be interesting to see how the board falls I completely agree with you on TE for us The safety from Oregon would be the cherry on top for Evero’s defense/scheme.  If a OL’men is there that you love it would be very hard to pass up. This fan base seems to just see Walker as a stop gap but I wouldn’t be so sure. He’s the same age as Ekwonu. He’s had a much more impressive career arc/progression than Icky has. He’s the better pass protector. As far as I see it if Walker has a good year I’d bring him back over Icky. Ekwonu isn’t some elite franchise LT. Playing next to Lewis is going to be great for Walker much like it has been for Icky. We definitely need to get younger/cheaper on the OL though so for this reason alone it’s still top of my list come round 1 if board falls this way  Could also use another corner with Mike Jackson’s deal up after this season and needing a nickel but Corey Thornton looked really good in that role in the limited time we got to see him. However he’s coming off an achillies injury and you never know with those.  Then as mentioned above we do still have a need at WR. As far as “weapons” go it’s kind of a 2 man show with Tmac and Coker and neither is a burner. If Jordan Tyson is there at 19 and we can have a young WR group locked up for cheap that’s a huge advantage cap wise  And don’t forget linebacker. That clip in Devin’s Lloyd blueprint they used from Evero saying they need more intelligence there could’ve been left out for Wallace’s sake but it’s true. Wallace is lost in coverage. Pair a smart linebacker with Lloyd and that’s a group with Wallace and Cherelus being depth
    • The fact that this is even a discussion is a testament of the level of front office badassery that's going on.
    • Not always. LT was for the Giants. So was Ray Lewis. Von Miller was moreso than Manning his final year in the season that shall not be named. It's usually the QB, but not always.
