I’d watch it after but I don’t think I’ll watch anything combine related a second time. We’ll see their pro days next.

just switch to it now.. instead of watching nfl network.  It's Adam Thielen, Steve Smith and Kurt Warner. They are doing an awesome job right now.

Waste of paying all these coaches if they can't work with any of the QBs in the top 3 and would be a huge red flag. I would have agreed if there was a massive cliff after the combine but its a hell of a lot easier to get the #1 pick if we go into the draft with the #3 pick too if that really is their modus operandi.

I wouldn't necessarily agree with that. Slim chance that all three of the top three ultimately work out. Hopefully we don't fall for the one that doesn't.

I would rather they get the guy they want than settle for what two other teams passed over.

It was already trending that he might not be. I think today virtually ensured that he won't be.

There's just no way the top four are available at our pick with the teams in front of us that need a quarterback this year. There's even teams picking behind us right now doing what they can to leapfrog us for a quarterback.

I do not know what is going to happen draft day. There's a lot of talent at quarterback and even more teams that need one.

    • I said that way back because it is true. Teams aren’t trading what appears to be a can’t miss prospect.    In an extremely rare scenario like they have an established QB and maybe got the pick in a trade. Sort of like the Bears but with a better incumbent. If they’d have had someone significantly better than Fields they might have cashed in.
    • So you're saying you'd still go back and take the inferior talents, just because you think they fit with Bryce better, a player who is more likely than not, to no longer be a Panther next year? That's just crazy to say, wanting to have a worse player because you think they fit better with your awful QB is just dumb.  You take the best players, if your existing players then aren't good enough, you replace them later. It's crazy that there are still people with this take after they've seen what T-Mac can do for us in just 5 games so far.
    • I have seen Bryce make some outstanding throws but what he is up against is even when the WRs get a little separation, that tightens up while the ball is in the air. By degrees depending on the distance. Not as critical on the short stuff.
