Steve Smith with Bryce Young

Would the suggestion be that they paid Smitty who's working for the NFL Network to express opinions other than his own? I think they themselves would just fake some sort of extra excitement about Young.

Seems rather far fetched

Y'all Young-haters are some sad individuals. Real sad. And wrong. But also sad.

So your thread a few weeks ago comparing Stroud to Darnold was with ulterior motives after all.

Ulterior motives or logical connection based on evaluation of the conversations being had? Reading comprehension is difficult. Gotcha.

There's no logical connection between Stroud and Darnold. It's a nonsense take man. Good talk!

There is if you heard anyone talking about the QBs in each draft, but keep your head in the sand man, I'm sure that will work out for you in the end.

Actually there is, you see there's a lot of posters who wanted Darnold and still believe Darnold will succeed in SF. Now, if you couple that with their views when Rhule was first hire(they loved), and Trading for Baker(they loved), and they also wanted us to draft Z.Wilson...

Those same posters are now in full support of CJ, I rest my case.

I've seen your pro Bryce posts man I'm not even going to engage. Enjoy the draft.

Lies lies and more lies. I cheered for Jimmy fuging Clausen. Where were you at bub? This is nothing. Myself and others can live with any QB at 1 save for Levis and even then well what can ya do?

    • Nijman is actually one of the better free agent left tackles available in free agency and he will get a chance to start next year. He will get a raise and likely be re-signed. Christensen backs him up and they should sign another veteran tackle and/or draft a 2nd or 3rd round tackle as well. Zavala and Corbett need to go so they should also draft a guard. I’ve suggested they should trade down in the first round to accumulate more picks for depth they are going to need a lot of going forward.
    • Princely overall PFF was 47 compared to Scourton’s 68.   Not everything shows  up in the stats.
    • If you account for the discrepancy in snap counts, then Princely and Scourton actually had pretty similar production. Scourton: 717 snaps (68%) 47 tackles (7 TFL) 5 sacks 15 pressures 1 FF Princely: 222 snaps (22%)  24 tackles (2 TFL) 1.5 sacks 5 pressures 1 FF, 1 FR I think Scourton was simply given more opportunities to flash.  Then it goes to a more abstract argument of why Princely was not given more playing time.  But then we'd be blindly giving credence to the same guy who not only drafted DJ Johnson, but was happy to waste a roster spot and snaps on the guy for 2 seasons and some change.
