A lot of people think mobility is the most important tool when it comes to avoiding sacks.

It isn't. Processing speed is.

Heck, back when he played, Michael Vick was frequently high on the list of who took the most sacks. Dan Marino was harder to sack because by the time you could count to two and a half, the football was already gone.

The absolute best trait you can have to avoid getting hit Is the ability to get the football out of your hands too quickly for anyone to get to you. The ability to run and scramble is secondary.

I'll match that with a Luke Kuechly on the other side.

Everybody in the NFL by trade should be instinctual by now.

I’ve stated the whole time it should be considered just as Reich describes. I disagree with the idea it should eliminate him from #1 discussion which is the way it’s portrayed by many here. 
 

I think the other traits you mentioned are that good. I have a feeling Reich and Fitt agree, but we’ll be in good shape either way.

Joe Person had the Panthers taking CJ Stroud in The Athletic's beat writer mock draft (link)

His reasoning...

Frank Reich has a type when it comes to quarterbacks, all of whom have been 6-foot-2 or taller (the majority have been 6-4 and up). Reich also values accuracy. That combination points to the 6-3, 214-pound Stroud, who has impressed with his ball placement and throwing mechanics. The one knock on Stroud was his unwillingness to make plays with his feet. Then he showed off his athleticism in the College Football Playoff semifinal against a Georgia defense teeming with NFL prospects, and everyone took notice.

Yep sums it up, Bryce will be the pick, you can only knock him for his size...but yet again he's been compared to GREAT NFL PLAYERS like Barry Sanders...the QB Barry Sanders...omg

Sounds fair to me.  I just keep hearing these "he didn't get hurt in college so he won't get hurt in the NFL" posters.  That's not quite how it works...

      Major Concerns with this team…with numbers

      The good news is that we are pretty uniquely well established to address all of our needs this season. We have $14m real cap space, and something like $40m in trade deadline cap space. Not sure exactly how that works out. But, we have the room to absorb any bad contracts. With recent rule changes regarding retention, that went into effect this season, we now have a huge advantage in the trade market.  On top of that, while we do have obvious needs, we also have a glut of talent in certain areas that we struggle to find ice time for. We are over-stocked on scrappy talented lil-guys, strong defensively sound 3rd liners and shutdown left shot dmen. Whether it's a package or separate deals, idk. But, one of each from Stank/Blake/Nads, Erob/Carrier/KK/Jank, and Walker/Nystrom; throw in some 1st round picks (and frankly any other prospects they want) and we should be able to come out with a 1b to pair with Bussi and either a 2c with size or a 2c and size.   TL/DR We got the money, you got the stuff?

      I don’t  think 6’4 was ever considered small or undersized. Baby hands tho, yes that was his thing That’s an interesting idea, like an optical illusion? Sounds like you have personal experience with this!

      in the 25' draft the Carolina Panthers had hired Brandt Tillis someone who actually understood how to build a successful team & build through the draft .  this team was yes mismanaged for years prior to Brandt Tillis joining the team in 25' & rarely done anything right in the draft outside occaionaly getting lucky on an UDFA such as Jalen Coker who's dad coincidentally happened to be a huge Carolina Panthers fan, hint hint  ...just saying
