Average hit rate in the 2nd is 35% [that's just a second contract with the same team] 3rd round even lower

 

Feel like we have this same dang conversation every year. 

 

I mean shoot the first round is essentially a coin flip depending on position.

Yeah, you know what’s wild? We hired the most sought after people to fill our coaching staff this year. Guys that have worked in championship winning teams in important roles. Guys around the experienced and talented guys in the entire league. Guys that anyone with a vacancy would be interested in.

But it turns out they are all totally clueless… I don’t know how you luck into SB winning coaches and elite level coordinators but I wish I had their luck! We could have hired @bobcat91 this year rather than Reich, Brown, Evero, McCown and we could be in business! How much you think these clueless morons are making anyway?
