Ridiculous…he is a kid and this happened in the heat of the moment.  You act like is some career criminal or something.  Looking back at when he was picked there were a ton of reaches in that area.  This draft is very weak.

Nah, this is just fandom and excuse making.

24 year olds ain’t “kids”.  Be 25 for us in his rookie year.  And his last act on a football field was a sucker punching and assaulting someone from behind for a couple words as he walked by.  That’s a legit red flag no matter how you slice it.

Perfectly reasonable to dislike a team using 2 picks to overdraft him when there was other talent that filled holes in the 3rd.   And you keep your 4th.

It is what it is.  Calling it what it was.  Hopefully he can redeem himself of that.  But that’s part of the deal at this point.   And should be.

Not a good look by any means but I am curious what was said to initiate that. Anywho that's why you don't have random fans on the field with players. I hope this guy has a good career for us. Knowing my Panthers it could go either way. We'll see.

Why the fug are fans on the field antagonizing players after a game in the first place?

You watch college football? Fans take the field after rivalry games and or big wins.  Common occurrence that everyone deals with.   Hell, Clemson fans take the field after every single home game win or lose.

Literally every player in the draft dealt with it their entire college career.

Yeah, this ones a bit of a head scratcher.  He is big and fast, but he's a 24 year old project with  some degree of a self control problem. He was clearly misused,  playing both ways.  Looks like a bit of a panic pick after other talent was pulled from the board.  Not sure why other talent on the board couldn't set the edge, but apparently its so important Evero even mentions it in the call.

Overall feels like theres a bit more urgency this year in this years draft, from the top pick on down.  Quite a contrast from trading down in 2021 and watching the QB's fall in 2022.

Yeah I know teams do it, SEC is thinking of taking away wins or 6 figure fines if the school lets it happen
