Jokes don’t bother me. It’s when our fans show their insecurity by constantly seeking validation, expressing concerns if he will be able to take hits or see over the line blah blah blah

I mean that is a legitimate concern. Not the line part, but how well his body holds up at this level.

I been a Panthers fan since our 1st SB run although I was a teen I still remember that era. Losing the SB sucks, but we have been to 2 SB's and we were an expansion team. That is pretty impressive to have 2 SB appearances in that amount of time.

I could hang my hat on that expansion thing in the first Super Bowl but we are almost 30 years in now. That expansion is a distant memory(and literally almost before your time).

Make no mistake, you don't get these shots often so every loss puts you further away from achieving that goal.

In fact we are one of only 5 NFL teams to have appeared in multiple Super Bowls and never win.

The Cowboys are the most popular team in the NFL and they haven't been to a SB in over 20 years!

We been in the league for 20+ years and we already have 2 appearances. I think we are doing better than you think.

I am not going to say much more on this because I am very positive about what we did this offseason but the history is extremely rough.

Bottom 10 all time in winning percentage and 7 of 29 seasons above .500.

This is why those SB losses hurt so much worse. It isn't like we are even the 90's Bills and consistently a contender. It’s been very fleeting.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
