Wonder if everything is waiting on Tank.

If we signed Tank we’d have no cap space left until a defenseman is moved.

No reason to rush a Pesce trade when you can do it at anytime, and the same thing can be said for a TDA trade, it can be done at any time.

Hopefully with Ottawa trading Cat, it speeds up the Tank process. Now the Canes and Sens can give their final offers.

Canes have $3.3M in cap space and should still be looking for a forward who will add 30-45 points. The Pesce trade needs to happen and free up another $4M in cap space.

The TDA deal, if there is one, is not yet applied.

I'll throw a couple names out there who are not Tarasenko: Nick Ritchie and Tomas Tatar. Ritchie has had some good seasons, albeit he's probably a 30-point guy at best. But he's young, fairly inexpensive and a left-handed, LW.

Tatar, on the other hand, is 32, but can play both sides of the ice as a lefty. He also averages over 40 points per season and will likely cost the Canes about $5M AAV.

And, another thing I do like about both guys- they play with a lot of grit. Ritchie is 6-3 @ 230lbs.

      I only used it because it’s being said he can’t.  I’ve said this 100 times already but these deep passes people get obsessed with are much more on the WR than the QB. If Burrow throws a bomb to Chase and he is either wide open or makes a catch in tight coverage those both are more WR plays than QB to me.  Bryce has shown many flaws but I don’t think throwing the ball 20 yards to a player in coverage is something he or any NFL QB can’t do. He just gets sloppy under pressure and tries some Mahomes type backfoot throws that do require elite arm strength in which he does not have.

I don't know if AT fuged your girl or your wife or whatever but your level of hatred towards a guy not even on the team is insane. I can't believe you keep hate watching all these Vikings games as a result. It's crazy behavior but, by all means, you do you.   Now...see how nutty that sounds? Go read this thread and see how emotional you are over something no one in this thread is talking about emotionally.
