42 is just a MASSIVE spread. I couldn't ever bet on a spread like that.

Yep, backup come in.  You start encountering coaches showing mercy to not run up scores.  Gets weird.

Nebraska is gonna have to score some points because it feels like Colorado is going to if they can stop shooting themselves in both feet with penalties.

I'd feel more comfortable back in the BCS days when margin of victory was a factor in the formula. The blue chip teams would just pile it on overmatched teams because they couldn't afford not to. You had to win every game as big as you could.

If Nebraska would run play action on 1st down I'm not sure there would be anyone in coverage considering how reliably they're running it on 1st.

I've come to the conclusion that Matt Rhule is absolutely allergic to offense. Possibly even more so that John Fox.
