One is a 14 year vet playing with nothing to lose or gain the other has played 3 games.

What does that have to do with being able to complete passes down field?

Is Bryce’s arm going to get stronger and more accurate the more games he plays?

I legitimately saw someone post on here a couple weeks ago that he will get more arm strength when he finishes growing.

Dalton played much better than I expected. He stretched the field often.  We still seem to favor the right size of the field on short throws.

Was good to see Chark getting more involved.

Hmmm, I guess there was a special playbook the quickly cooked up last week for Dalton.

Yeah, but it's starting to sink in with some folks. When he's not even looking beyond 20 yards, there's a problem.  I'm sure our playbook has plays that has routes of 20+ yards.

I’m sure it does too, but unfortunately our all star coaching staff needs to call those plays

I got 20+ poos for the same comment week 1

It's our fault, bro.  For not seeing his greatness...  I've seen the light today.  Bryce is Tom Brady incarnate and if we didn't pay for access to All-22s or watch YouTube breakdowns from people broadcasting firmly from his scrotum, we are just casuals who can't see his greatness.

Frank said Dalton had to ask for some deep throws.  So it at least alluded to week 1-2 being short by the coaches and playcalls.

Just because you can find someone open deeper doesn’t mean that is where Frank wanted the ball to go.

No clue about today.  But I think a lot of that has been Bryce doing what Frank wanted done with the ball.

    • Good read and stuff under it is not bad either. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/article/panthers-cb-jaycee-horn-says-184519429.html
    • While I'd love to add him, it just doesn't make sense for where we are at in our re-build right now. The only teams who should be interested are those who have a very legitimate shot at winning the SB this season, as any team who makes the trade is going to be mortgaging their future to make the move. Teams who make these kinds of trades and then give them the massive contract, in the hopes that it will expedite their path to contention, ALWAYS ends up backfiring because they have to give up the 1st round picks that are then needed to help build out the rest of the roster after eating up such a significant chunk of the cap on the new contract. There is no way the Cowboys trade him for anything less than 2 future 1st rounders (and probably more), plus we'll have to make him the highest paid non QB in league history.  Not to mention that it would then have made the Scourton and/or Princely picks a bit of a waste, as those 2nd and 3rd round picks would have been better off used on a ILB or DB
    • Like his approach to pre season that's ro get them out there and play together for a few plays and right about the night before and morning before.  Maybe we can come out the gate on fire I can smell the smoke from here!!   Go Panthers
