There are QB School videos posted after every game with extensive analysis of his performance.

How much are the resident hot take artists participating in those outside of dropping in to say "nyah he sucks" or "that guy doesn't know what he's talking about"?

I wouldnt say its extensive its a few plays he breaks down and he is really selective in that

You've been absolutely MISSING since that training camp thread where you declared Bryce Young the next Panthers GOAT.

Now you want to come back and bash the fanbase?

It is kind of funny though.

Analysts- Bryce Young can still become a good QB for the Panthers

Same mold of folks we're calling him the next Steph Curry back in April.

Most people are done with talk. It's time to see it with our own eyes.

Guys like Jim Rome and Colin Cowherd have dumbed down sports talk to such a ridiculously low level that hot takes and impatience are the norm.

You've got people who actually think it looks smart to have a "take" on something immediately without seeing how things play out.

Man if you can't laugh at it, it's going to be a loooooong season.  I'm not writing him off, but I'm not super attached either.  The whole roster needs a refresh to be fair.  The tape makes it very difficult to judge him because everything is a complete disaster around him.

So you're saying Scott Fitterer is incompetent?

Correct.

sure, but the tape still shows a qb that has average athletic ability and an average nfl arm.  And thats being generous.  His team and scheme suck for sure but those traits seem to be a constant.

    • It’ll be interesting to see how the board falls I completely agree with you on TE for us The safety from Oregon would be the cherry on top for Evero’s defense/scheme.  If a OL’men is there that you love it would be very hard to pass up. This fan base seems to just see Walker as a stop gap but I wouldn’t be so sure. He’s the same age as Ekwonu. He’s had a much more impressive career arc/progression than Icky has. He’s the better pass protector. As far as I see it if Walker has a good year I’d bring him back over Icky. Ekwonu isn’t some elite franchise LT. Playing next to Lewis is going to be great for Walker much like it has been for Icky. We definitely need to get younger/cheaper on the OL though so for this reason alone it’s still top of my list come round 1 if board falls this way  Could also use another corner with Mike Jackson’s deal up after this season and needing a nickel but Corey Thornton looked really good in that role in the limited time we got to see him. However he’s coming off an achillies injury and you never know with those.  Then as mentioned above we do still have a need at WR. As far as “weapons” go it’s kind of a 2 man show with Tmac and Coker and neither is a burner. If Jordan Tyson is there at 19 and we can have a young WR group locked up for cheap that’s a huge advantage cap wise  And don’t forget linebacker. That clip in Devin’s Lloyd blueprint they used from Evero saying they need more intelligence there could’ve been left out for Wallace’s sake but it’s true. Wallace is lost in coverage. Pair a smart linebacker with Lloyd and that’s a group with Wallace and Cherelus being depth
    • The fact that this is even a discussion is a testament of the level of front office badassery that's going on.
    • Not always. LT was for the Giants. So was Ray Lewis. Von Miller was moreso than Manning his final year in the season that shall not be named. It's usually the QB, but not always.
