Bills fire OC Ken Dorsey, promote former Panthers OC Joe Brady

Allen has never had 3 games in a row without a turnover. That's staggering.

It is not! He has had over 90 turnovers personally in his first six years. When they threw up that stat last night I couldn't believe it. This kid is a bad decision maker and has all the sloppy mechanic issues as well. And firing Dorsey was a scape goat move! They were breaking it down in game how he had wide open options with those route combinations and was just making bad decisions. On top of that they are promoting the guy that was supposed to be working on the finite parts of his game, which look like year one.

Allen is the prototypical "big arm" guy who can also run.

Fans love that kind of quarterback, but history shows their success has limitations.

Yeah, but those bad tendencies were getting better under Daboll. Allen has definitely gotten worse under Dorsey.

It's possible that the combination of Daboll as OC and Dorsey as QB coach was just a lot more effective than the current setup...for all parties, honestly.

At the pro level, so far it looks like his best position is as a quarterback coach.

Bill's fans are in for something. Joe Brady was awful here. The offense was 100% predictable with zero creativity. Maybe he's learned something up there in Buffalo, but I would put money on that offense getting worse before it gets better.
