Guaranteed. Tepper doesn't give a sh*t about how anyone feels he's the Trump of NFL OWNERS he only cares about how he is perceived the man Is paying 120M to coaches he fired chump change to him, hopefully he will let an agency handle the new hires.

WOW the faucet is leaking

Yup, Frank is a good dude and at least should have had the dignity to finish out the season.   Nope, mid-season firing, another might I add.  You can only treat people so bad before that crap catches up to you.  Apparently it's not just coaches that Tepper treats like poo.  No coach had been here for over 10 years when Tepper took over.  That was either a scout or someone on the business side that lady was posting about.

The only person I've actually seen say that is Tre Boston, and he did so in the context that he was (unseriously, I think) lobbying for a job.

Im not the biggest RR fan, but I thought he should gotten a full season too.

Rhule same for another reason- he most likely would have gotten panthers a top 3 pick, if not the 1st overall. Then no trading dj "I put up big #s with bum QBs" moore, 1sts, 2nds.

Tepper wants to be first and ahead of whatever curve he dreams up......he wants to find a HC and start before other teams.

Yeah he did, and for a really stupid reason.

My god, besides the wife has anyone lasted over 3 years with Tepper?? I know he fired a couple panther business presidents/CEOs as well. Mick was not re-newed/fired as well..(not that I wanted mick, but point remains). Media bill was fired too...... same for the local Charlotte spokeswoman.....

fug I just remember Jim Szoke, whom i support....but hes one of the biggest company yes-man/brown noses around. Seems thats the way......

Still feels like no one can survive more than a couple years with tepper before they get fired.

    • I'm not to sure it's a solid argument to try to estimate what he will do this season, BUT he's had a solid 3 years in the league. Here's his numbers compared to Jewell's for the same time period. I can see the logic of getting a starting MLB for a (at best) WR4. AT, XL and Tmac are certainly our top 3 guys IN 2025. Certainly worth pondering.
    • Training camp just started and it's already starting... https://www.facebook.com/reel/24277303321904901/?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v LOL No one believes you and you have fan pages sharing this with a "Play him or trade him" headline. Oh wee mayne. This is why no front offices wanted any part of this.
    • Honestly, it only makes sense if you're trying to chase being the best bad team you can be this year. The number one question we need answered this season is whether or not Bryce is our long-term franchise QB. Trading away a second year WR who was second on the team in catch percentage, first in yards per target, and who clearly outplayed your 1st round pick for a likely one year rental fill in LB is exactly the type of short sighted desperation moves that has made us the worst franchise in the league under Tepper. We gotta stop making these types of moves and just focus on building a good organization and a good roster. Lloyd is a JAG LB another bad team and awful defense is wavering on and a couple of Panthers fans are salivating over him. Oof. We just need to be patient and wait. Definitely make some calls around the league to teams deep at LB and see if there's an opportunity to add one for a late round pick. Definitely shop the waiver wire hard. The reality is that LB is almost certainly going to be a weakness for us this year. We weren't fixing our entire roster in one off-season and we're not fixing an overall weak positional group in late July.  If you trade for Lloyd LB is still a weakness and you've given up a young promising WR who could potentially help you answer the question of whether or not Bryce is that guy. That's bad football business.
