I make the best BBQ in NC.

Are you overweight borderline obese?

If not you're definitely not the best BBQ maker. Those guys with good BBQ all look the same. Big fat boys who know to get down and dirty on that smoker.

I get my BBQ plate usually around September. BBQ so good it melts in your mouth. Luckily I'm more about health these days so I only eat BBQ once out the year. That stuff will make you feel awful afterwards lol

No, I’m not because I look at cooking as art and I’m active.  I read sooo many books and I have experimented with nearly ever spice on earth.  I was able to figure out how to perfectly make BBQ with unique flavors.  I use infusion of some Asian spices and my technique is much different from ordinary BBQing. I have been begged to join multiple competitions to team up with the big boys that have done it all their lives but BBQ is my side gig.

I have a ton.  For this Christmas I’m making fillet mignons marinated in spices and fresh herb paste then smoked on low heat to 105* and seared to desired temp with garlic butter, salt, black garlic, pepper mix.  Also making lamb steaks with tarragon baste, smoked reck of lamb with tarragon aioli and orange zest, smoked turkey legs for the kids, smashed burger with two patties and home made pimento cheese inside, with smoke chile bbq sauce, and Poblano pickle relish (all home made).  For sides I make garlic butter mushrooms, mash potatoes with green chile queso sauce, coconut rice, and eleven-layer potato gratin with caramelized shallots and fried sage.  For dessert I’m making home made cannolis, key lime pie, and fruit tart.

    • Why not? Dude was tough as nails. Came off the field after a vicious hit and showed the coach how his ring finger was knocked out of socket halfway up. You could see the shock on Fox's face. Brad just  pulled  on the finger, grimaced, got it back in alignment and went back in for the next play and blew up an opposing linebacker or two. Dude is legendary.
    • Motown let on like he'd like to play at least another 5 years in his presser. I fell he was truthful and us fans over did his knee. The guy started like 108 starts in a row and only missed like 2 games over each of the past years.  I think as long as the team agrees with his value that Motown has, he will sign another contract extension to push the void years into the 2030s.  OLmen can play at high levels up til 40. Trent williams is doing it, Richie Incognito leftd and came back to play until he hit 38. Lane Johnson is still playing at a top level while 38. You member Greg Van Roten, he's somehow still playing at 36 and he started here after being a substitute teacher years before. If you are able to get over the 32 year bump, its possible to reach 38 with luck. Colleges do a poor job of preparing new OLmen, many times that vet is better.   Rams were begging Andrew Whitworth to come back while he was 39, if you got the genes, luck and still willing to put in the hard work....it is possible to play until 38 as a OLmen*starting level*
    • Shaq was a fantastic LB, he just happened to have been standing in the shadow of a Panthers great and a Hall of Famer. He was team-lead starter quality for all 32 teams of the NFL. Don't throw shade on him, he was never just a guy.
