I'll never not enjoy laughing at the falcons but man I wish it was a different afc team that beat them. fug the patriots

The joy I get out of it is that their talking to the pats was so much more embarrassing than either loss we had in the Superbowl... especially a worse loss to the pats. We would have won we're we not cheated (both times).they lost because they had an epic choke.

If by some ungodly reason Bryce goes 1-14 to start the season, we're looking at our own 3-28. As much fun as we've made of them, I'm sure they'd return the favor with just as much enthusiasm.

If that happens then we draft a new QB next year and move on as a franchise.

ATL hasn't recovered since that super bowl.

I think that would be true. Except we'll always be reminded that we passed on Stroud. And we'll be reminded how our #1 was used on Caleb Williams. So depending on how well one or both of those two QBs do, the mockery is not going to end once we move on from Bryce.

    • Bill Polian and Bill Lekas on Chalk Talks SiriusXM radio this morning.  Polian needs to retire (again). First he talks about Andy Dalton as our backup and then suggests trading down to get Sadiq. Clueless. At least he brought up the hole losing Ashawn Robinson caused.
    • And you know this how? Stay in your lane, junior. I'm pretty sure I'm a lot older than you, am a whole lot more experienced with life, and have watched football in earnest probably longer than you've been alive. I agree, but I was talking directly about injuries. As far as the economics, I'm assuming that Moton would have to take a pay cut and would probably be compelled to if he wants to stay in Charlotte. He seems like a thoughtful and practical guy. He knows that he's getting older and realizes the nature of the business. Hell, last time there were were questions on whether he would be here the last season. Dan and Brandt were dialing up the pressure. I don't think they're going to go into any type of contractual extension discussions without having a backup plan--i.e., a person that will appear to be Moton's replacement. And, to be honest, that person may be Moton's replacement depending how things go. But, I get the impression that Moton wants to be in Charlotte (unless he's developed some undying desire to chase a championship somewhere else).
    • It would be pretty fun with something like this. 3 on 3 the first 5 minutes, 2 on 2 the next 5 minutes (after a stoppage), then 1 on 1 (after a stoppage) the rest of the way. I just feel like this would be equal parts entertaining and chaos to watch
