Then got paired with Cam and they read zone.  Got to think he would have logged 3 straight thousand yard seasons in that window but Cam was going to get his in that O

I swear I thought stewart and dwill both had 1000 yards one season.   And that offense should have been unstoppable circa 2011-2015ish.   Not sure why they didnt load up on oline help during those early cam years with all that running firepower

Got to think it was top 10 run game all those years without looking.

They are very different backs.  I don’t think folks understand the difference between north-south back and all purpose back.

Jonathan Steward had 1.3k receiving yards in 11 season.  Gurley who Brooks resembles to had 2.3k yards in 6 seasons (1.7k in his 3 season before he got hurt)

Well yeah, and with this QB a pass catching back that can get his rushing yards is the right move.

That I think Tampa Bay game where J Stew and DW ran all over them the whole game was a high point.

Double trouble was amazing to watch.

They did in 2009. That was the only one though.

    • Varying degrees all around but it starts at the top. That is where the buck stops. It has been 8 years of stupid, long before Morgan came back. Or Tillis was hired. Made it to the top of stupid mountain in 2023. Stayed in stupid limbo for a while, now we are prepping to scale the next mountain. In this case, I like those guys’ roster building better than what we have had so I am okay with them as our current pawns in the game of Bryce.
    • Don't let me gas him up too much, but I hear this and that...... I seen a wide body man with a quick burst, that's able to shed blocks and if extends his long arms its over. He tore up the OL in the senior, you seen about 10 plays and the dog walking OLman. There's other plays of him doing the same, just have to deal with fetus talking over the plays. Plus there's this-  https://x.com/PFF_College/status/2018385471068332410?lang=en     I hope he's ready, cause Id like to see him starting and doing his thang with dbrown, nic, and Phillips.
    • I mean there is relevance to that. But I think much of it has to do with the fact that he is clearly likeable. But does that translate to a coach taking his position to the next level like those that have had staying power for many years like Spoelstra? And not for nothing but does how much someone is liked even matter? Across leagues with the Panthers Ron Rivera and Marty Hurney were universally well liked by players. Dave Canales is very well liked. I say you are what your record says. And the record says you got your ass handed to you by a fellow expansion team in the Magic in a game that was over at halftime and that same team went toe to toe with our nemesis who has been handing us L's for over a year now. And if Bam doesn't get his leg swept by LaMelo do we even get past the Heat? Again. It just all boils down to personal standards. I think newer and younger fans will love this. I just want to actually win a real playoff game fam 🤷‍♂️
