Id like to know where all of these huddle investigators got all of their evidence that proves Ben did it and why they haven't shared it with the proper authorities.

Well it's pretty tough to prove that any "sexual assault" took place. There's no evidence, just one person's word against another.

I would give the man some credit if this was the first time something like this has happened. But this is at least the 2nd time a female has come forward with these allegations. :confused:

vick's punishment had little to do with killing dogs.

it was the interstate gambling that got him time in the fedral pen. he coulda been betting on tiddly winks across state lines and gotten the same jail time.

I'm sorry, but the only reason this whole "story" was blown out of proportion was because he was an athlete. Police take stuff like this VERY seriously, if there was concrete evidence, hell probably any evidence at all he would be charged.

But screw archaic things such as evidence, credibility, reasonable intent, etc. He's already been tried and convicted in the court of public opinion. Let's hang him before he does it again.

My hope is the NFL will suspend the creep for a game or so,not only for his own future good but for other women he my come in contact with.

Seems Ben is setting a pattern for woman abuse and it needs to be stopped before something even more serious happens.

Vick was used as an example, plus he was guilty as hell, and they had a ton of evidence. You can argue all day long whether or not Vick got what he deserved, but you can't argue whether or not he did the crime.

The only thing that there's proof of with Ben is that he's a moron and a jerk who puts himself in dumb situations... he may have assaulted that girl, but he may not have, we don't know... so to say he's "getting away with something" is not really correct.

I think it's sad that he continuously gets away with this. I for one have absolutely no respect for him. His mother should be ashamed.

Ok let's get this right real quick, 1 the first lady was a crazy bitch, read up on the story more. 2 the aledged rape was supposed to happen in a restroom, a restroom that was only accessable by staff that needed a key to get into.

Why does everyone automanicly assume guilty.

      Unfortunately business is business especially when there are large sums of money on the table. Goes the same for player and ownership. Does not make it right either way.  Why would he not want to play for the niners? Closer to home with a team that has a chance of delivering a SB trophy.

      I don’t know if it’s him bad mouthing his former situation in public or my pettiness but either way I’m not a fan. Dude was on playoff teams getting paid millions to entertain. I’m not better that because and I am better than that. You don’t bad mouth your former employer in public. Esp after getting over paid and two, poor little Russian baby didn’t get the playing spot he wanted. Rod had him exactly where is was supposed to be.  He had a mean lip check and did defend our players. Specifically the devils game around Christmas where is our Haula on his ass. Cool. Thank you.       I don't really care about your post at all. I just saw the direction of the discussion and this snippet from an article I read earlier in the day was a good spot to put non-Panthers info. I mostly don't care about the players personal lives. That's off the field/personal poo. Not really any of my business.  I also don't know him personally so what would be the point of congratulating him outside basically attempting to draw attention to myself like so many in the social media/internet realm.
