It's a toss up as to how he does. As long as the Bears can keep a good team around him he'll probably stay motivated. If things go sour he's going to disappear crazy fast and run home to his piles of money.

Peppers is still a beast and will dominate in some games, he usually takes the other 13 games off though. I wonder if a change of location will change his motivation.... probably not.
