Um I had walnuts before. Not sure how that makes sense in a milkshake flavor tho.

I will stick with the banana pudding milkshake.

I have a thing about trying to find the orphans on a restaurant menu. And the black walnut milkshake was one of those. On a lark, I ordered it and was blown away with how darned good it was.

But hey, I've never been able to pass on banana pudding. And it shows. 😞

I'm a Cook Out fan. I love their sweet tea. I used to work next door to them and at 1030 every morning it would be a burger with cheese and large tea. I also weighed 270 pounds back then.

I don't do that anymore. I weigh 178 pounds now and plan to stay that way. So Cook Out is once every 2 to 3 months.

That's a lot of weight what did you do to lose it all?

I gained 40 pounds during Covid and it took me a year and half to lose it all. Now I'm just eating better and going to the gym at least 5 days a week. The weight stays off.

I cut my calorie intake to 1600 a day. I still work out 5 days a week. I only do 30 to 40 minutes of high intensity stuff and at home only. I also took up jogging. Meal replacement shakes that are around 300 calories helped.

I was also on Ozempic for a few months but it made me very sick so I quit. I now eat whatever I want but have to watch my intake. I'm now eating 2000 to 2500 calories a day. So far I'm maintaining my weight. If I gain a few pounds ill workout more and cut out a meal until I'm back. I weigh myself every morning.

I lost 150 in 14 months doing ketovore. I never felt better. Would end up going 3-7 days at a time fasting for no reason other than I didn't feel the need to eat. I have a highly physical job and it was no problem, my energy level was through the roof and I was fully restored on 5 hours a night.

My Dr thought I was nuts at first but my cholesterol dropped 100 points and my health improved dramatically. You really need to eat nose to tail to do carnivore/ketovore properly. Muscle meat alone won't get you enough nutrients.

Back on it again after a long hiatus due to surgery complications. Only thing I really noticed is on workouts my twitch response wasn't as quick but my endurance was much longer.

    • Biiiiiig eyeroll on this.  First, Look at historical stats of the most recent historical great DBs.  I plucked 3, Revis, Sherman, and Norman (cuzz he was our guy).  Combined post age 30, there are TWO pro bowls between those 3 and wanna get this...ZERO seasons with 16 games started.  ALL missed time.  It is RARE that Corners survive that long in the NFL and its about time we started recognizing this fact.  Jaycee is a good bet because it hasnt been anything seriously devastating injury wise, and with his sample size he could and should be an incredible piece for the panthers through age 30. Jaire kinda flops on the other side, hes 28...so hes under 30, but he wants his payday before it comes up, hes also been injury prone lately.  Bulk of the contract will be on opposite side of 30.  Will both of these guys help us be better in 2026?  SURE!  No doubt, but the question is, will these guys help us past 2026...not sure. The investment isnt worth the risk, nor would the ROI be anywhere close to worth it.  Neither guy is moving us from a 6-8 win team to a 8-10 team, period. My point is we're in this state a 6-8 win team IMO and he projects us as  a 4-6 win team.  EVEN if we think Jaire or Ramsey will make us a 6-8 win team, it in NO WAY is worth the money or capital to move that much just to suck kinda less.
    • I assumed he was retiring but apparently he plans on playing multiple more seasons.  Florida is gonna have trouble holding onto everyone.  Happens to all teams that have that much success.
    • I hate Marchand, but if he became a free agent.....
