No one really knows how much of the rumors about Tepper were or are true but the one fact I do know about Tepper is he picked Canales to be our head coach.

Their relationship was definitely a factor but both Morgan and Canales report directly to Tepper as does the 3rd man at the top, Brandt Tilis (Executive VP of Football operations).
