Your Targets for the 2025 Draft

What are some guys(in the first three rounds) that you would absolutely love to get?

For me, there are a few I just think will be game changers to help build our team:

- Travis Hunter(Duh)

- Tetairoa McMillan(Duh)

- Harold Fannin Jr.

Fannin could be a first round pick or perhaps slip to the 2nd. We are all aware how badly TE play has been since Olsen retired. This guy has the look of a 10+ year starter for us with elite attributes.

- Deone Walker

Walker is ideal for just about any defensive scheme we need to run. At 6-6, and close to 350 he also is a plus level athlete. He is capable of easily occupying two blockers, collapsing the pocket or swallowing up rushing attempts. If you want to shore up the future of your DL, look no further than Walker. Has scheme flexibility to be a 3-4 NT or punishing DT next to Brown in a 4-3.

The baddest ass non one dimensional pass rusher, that is 100% healthy and ready for the NFL when the season is done.

Next pick, defense. Next pick, defense. And so on.

I definitely know we need a stud TE but we need the defense to be restored to NFL average, minimum.

Travis Hunter and Kyle McCord

McCord is likely a Day 2/Day 3 guy.

BPA. Don't reach. That's my thing.

No RB's in the first three rounds, please. That's one thing that would fuging infuriate me in this upcoming draft.

Feel we should go D.  So an edge player.

is QB the biggest need? Sure.  But we have been so horrific while fixated on that for a half decade… I would focus on just building a functional team for a year or so.  No draft picks assets to QB.  Pay a vet.

    • Night and day difference in the front office investements.  Since Morgan has been in the FO (5 years)....4 out of 5 first round picks have been offensive players.  The one defensive pick was a corner. Expand it out to the first 2 rounds? 7 out of the 9 picks have been offensive.  That IMO is why our D sucks so bad.   You build defenses up front.   Carolina hasn't been investing there.  Ron's first 5 years? 3 of the 5 first round picks were defensive players.  Expand it all to include second rounders  7 of the 10 picks were defensive.  All front 7 players.
    • I think he gets this year to show what he can do.  Last year, we had a lot of injuries. This year, we should have some players, even if we lose one or two.  It's the first preseason game.  Some of the starters weren't even in it.  There is no scheming or game planning.  Let's see how guys do when it counts. I think we have a GM that knows a thing or two about defense.  Let it play out.
    • I was ok with the mentor aspect of keeping Dalton, but wow has he fallen off the deep end. The slow behind the WR interception was awful. I keep hearing our WRs created no separation, but on that particular play dude was wide open and Dalton couldn't get it to him with a clean pocket. Next year, we need to address the backup QB spot haaaaaard!
