Haha they're replaying the whole 30 seconds of time they wasted for no reason

It takes a special kind of stupid to lose a game like that.

Throw in that he did it on Thanksgiving so it's national TV. That's likely gonna dominate sports radio for at least the next several days...and possibly through next week.

Wild. This is also all under Ryan Poles watch. He hired the coach, made the trades (Khalil Mack, DJ/BY trade, Keenan Allen), drafted Caleb. Everyone thought he was killing it lol.

Eberflus probably should've been gone after last year, and then they could've started everything with a clean slate. New qb, new coach, all those picks, but it just wasn't to be.

Yeah, tricky when you hire your HC 2 days after becoming GM and then 2.5 years in it's obviously not working. Either way screw em

Never been a fan...

Granted, our stupidity made him look like a genius, but even with everything we gave him I think he's been a subpar GM.

    • He was saying Ron hid when he was cut/traded whatever that was.  I get being resentful, and feeling like that was gutless.  He, and Ron, neither are from the ‘breaking up with someone in a text or email is okay’ generation. That avoidance is seen as a lack of character.  Talking about it on camera how many years later? Why? And it is all one sided he said she said stuff. As he is speaking I am thinking well I bet that ain’t the whole story.    Between this type of stuff and him cheating on the wife stuff some of his shine is wearing off.
    • I was very critical of Ron Rivera as a coach for a range of reasons. But Steve Smith has been playing the victim for years now and it's just not working anymore. We know for a fact that he was disgruntled from the moment we drafted Cam Newton because of his own ego. That says more about him than anything he could say about Rivera. And yes Ron Rivera had a lot of faults. No excuses for it. We were right to move on from him. But ultimately Steve Smith couldn't hold it together with that group the same as he struggled to hold it together under previous regimes. He needs to grow up and accept his own role in the last few years of his Panthers career because there are things he could and should have done differently the same as anyone else. Stop seeking to only shift blame to everyone else and evolve or just stop talking and fade away. This isn't helping anyone and it is certainly not helping his image.
    • A friend of mine was involved in building Steve Smith's house and nearly came to blows with him during the process.  Love Smitty as a player, but I've heard very little good about him as a human being.
