Once again, our GM gets another early pick wrong. He also traded away other picks for this to draft a damaged asset WAY too early. How is Morgan different from Fitterer again???

Seems like same old poo to me.

Brooks obviously has a ton of talent but picking a RB coming off ACL is questionable.  Can’t deny that.

Frank Gore had 2 ACL injuries coming into the league and ran for historic type numbers.  But he is a unicorn

Thomas Davis should give him a call.

Facts I believe he will knowing how he’s always been a man of such good character his I believe he’ll be in his ear encouraging him to stay the course. It’s a brutal situation it takes real determination to recover from but it can be done.

Good thing we didnt use a 2nd round pick on him with a more than capable RB on the roster already. whew

Man, some Huddlers use to talk so much sh¡t about Chuba. It seemed like I was the only one saying that he was a good back that just needed an average line. I always suspected he was capable, but plenty of people would call him JAG.

You should hate it. You should hate it tremendously.

You now would have almost $30 mil in running backs. That's pure insanity.

Well, Morgan jumped the gun with Chuba, IMO.  Maybe by the time Young is up for his contract we could trade Hubbard.  I think Brooks career is already over. It's sad and I hate it or him, but he's got a slim to no chance of bouncing back. I wish him well.  That said, thinking he's our future is really bad planning.

I guarantee you he’ll draft another project player like Abdul Carter and pass on Tetairoa McMillan in this upcoming draft

Very possible.  He's good at identifying needs, but so far lacks identifying the talent.  He nailed nearly every position last draft we needed, but I would have got a different player at that position nearly every time.

    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
