Fox Sports analyst says don't sleep on the Panthers

...but no one in the NFC South, not even the Falcons, can control the clock like Carolina. Their O-line is one of the best in the NFL. With nothing but green options at quarterback, that’s an advantage that can’t be overlooked.

This is what will win us games this year. One area where we have good experience. We just need out ST and Defense from not giving the games away.

Odd to say that with a John Fox coached team.

We will prevail! :)

Exactly. As long as we control the clock, take care of the ball, and stand stout of defense we will win. The key being holding up on D b/c we already know what this team is capable of on offense. Also, this offseason was the first that we aggressively addressed the WR position by adding size and speed... Could make us unstoppable on offense.

Again, the key is defense.

Controlling the clock matters little when a team like the Saints can score on you in 3 plays. We are going to have to put up points to win this season.

Yeah, we can control the clock. The problem is we start controlling the clock with a field goal lead or sometimes even tied lol. :\

As said above when teams like the Saints/Falcons/pretty much ANY team(including us!) can score in a matter of seconds you can't play like that unless you have a comfortable lead.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
