Beason confirms move to the weakside...

I was just watching NFL TA and as everyone knows beason was on and there was actually a segment where he talked about moving to the will position (weakside). So I'm guessing that's where he will start out and Connor will play the middle. Now it just depends who will play the strong side, Anderson or Williams. And don't rule out Williams playing middle but Connor has more experience in the system.

Thoughts?

Why you'd make a top 3 MLB change his position? Great staff you have there.

Because a Meeks defense needs the WLB to be the best athlete on the defense and he clearly is. He might be the best WLB in football this year. They thought about making the move last year but didn't want to change horses in the middle of the stream. Whose defense was better last year? Carolina's or New Orleans?? Whose staff is great then??

nothing is set in stone until training camp or preseason..we don't know how it will work out...the Will is known as the playmaker in a tampa-2 meeks system however..so it isn't like it won't work out either way..

    • FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.
    • That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?
    • Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
