A reworked deal for Deebo in DC: the Commanders are guaranteeing $17 million of Deebo Samuel’s previously non-guaranteed salary for this season, along with adding another $3 million worth of incentives, per sources. Samuel now will play this season on a one-year deal worth up to $20 million, including $17 million guaranteed. Samuel’s agent Tory Dandy and Commanders GM Adam Peters negotiated the deal.

Can't believe this guy doesn't have a gig yet, wonder how much he wants

There's only a few teams out there with enough cap space to sign him. New England has the most the last I checked. I'm guessing he's out of nearly everyone's price range at the moment. I would venture to guess his asking price is very steep.

There’s a couple good really good options left on the market. I don’t think it’s financially feasible but Asante Samuel or Justin Simmons would add to the DB room and really strengthen that group immensely.

Any chance we’re still cooking up something with the free agents available?

    • every team having an international appearance every year is almost guaranteed right now.  Panthers will be the Home team in Germany once every four years in the current rotation (2028 being next). List of home game markets: Argentina: Dolphins Australia: Raiders, Rams, Eagles, Seahawks Austria: Lions, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Seahawks, Bucs Brazil: Lions, Dolphons, Pats, Eagles Canada: Bills, Bengals, Cards, Lions, Vikings, Seahawks China: Rams Colombia: Dolphins France: Saints Germany: Falcons, Pathers, Lions, Packers, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Giants, Steelers, Seahawks, Bucs Ghana: Eagles Greece: Chargers Ireland: Packers, Jags, Chiefs, Jets, Steelers, Titans Japan: Rams Mexico: Cards, Cowboys, Broncos, Texans, Chiefs, Raisers, Rams, Dolphons, Steelers, 49ers New Zealand: Raiders, Rams, Eagles, Seahawks Nigeria: Browns South Korea: Rams Spain: Bears, Chiefs, Dolphins Switzerland: Lions, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Seahawks, Bucs UAB: Rams, 49ers, Commanders UK: Ravens, Bears, Packers, Jags, Chiefs, Dolphins, Vikings, Jets, 49ers So if we're *not* the home team, then we should keep an eye out on our road trip schedule for any of these teams and assigned home countries for potential matchups Example:  if we're playing the Packers as a road trip, there's a chance that the NFL would make us play in Ireland or the UK for that matchup to align with GB's home marketing country
    • He did say he was likely to take a good OC spot over a bad HC spot. A little surprised he didn't go Lions. That's an insane offense to have your hands on.
