Moored not a captian, and that's probably a big reason why he's riding the pine he didn't command this offense.

But just cause you get benches doesn't mean you cease to be captain. It happened to Rodney Peete at HALFTIME of the first game. Thats a Fox decision that I'll always despise even though it worked out great in the long run.

I was at that game and Peete was horrible. Guy couldn't hardly throw the ball 15 yards and when he did it looked like he was throwing a roll of wet toilet paper.

That stadium cheering wildly when we say it was Jake to start the second half and it erupted when he hit Ricky to win the game at the end.

      Mr. 0-2 every year to start the season in his career. Last year was the first year he ever played a week 3 game.

      The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.

      I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
