If you want to save your job, I offer nearly the only option you have. RUN A "DINK AND DUNK" OFFENSE. You have the QB and players to make this somewhat difficult to defend. It would allow you to control the clock at times and make BY look the best he can given his limiting factors. It's baffling there are still people who log in here and want to blame everything on the defense. We are 10th in offensive spending and 28th in defensive spending according to Spotrac. At this point either you work for the Tepper’s or you're related to Young.
