From Football Outsiders, a completely statistically based probability percentage after Week 3 in the NFL:

NFC South

Atlanta: 68.8% chance to win division

New Orleans: 21.5%

Tampa Bay: 9.6%

Carolina: .1%

On a more positive note, depending how you look at it, here's how the 2011 draft is shaping up:

Carolina: 18.4% chance of getting the #1 overall pick and 47.1% of getting a top 3 pick.
