after watching Jarrett at USC....you would have thought him and Calvin Johnson would be comparable NFL players. He had years like Jarrett to make an impression at the NFL level........nothing occured.

I believe most of the people on this forum aren't impressed with the signing of clowning, because there were better FA receivers this year that carolina didn't even consider (T.O. and Houshmanzadeh) and other receivers that were/are available via trade (B. Marshall, Boldin and Jackson), but the FO decided to go cheap and sign an underachieving replacement for an already underachieving player.

The fact that Clowney will be wearing the number 87 is just a slap in the face to Moose. Clowney cant sniff Moose's jock. He should of just taken DJ's number so we won't be surprised if the number 80 continues to not impress.

To be fair we missed the playoffs with those 21 of 22 starters mentality and we almost assuredly aren't making them this year in the "Youth movement". We haven't won a playoff game in half a decade game. So there's reason to bitch. Admit it this FO is not that good.
