The guy the best coach in the league imo and he gets shafted by a cheapskate owner who lets all his good players leave and wont sign Free Agents who could help the team win. John Fox deserves better than this after all he done for this team taking the panthers to their first superbowl and making them legit in the eyes of the media.

He wasn't shafted. Fox and Jr had their meeting and basically JR gave him and Hurney one last run last year. Gave them the go ahead to tag peppers and pay him to try and make a super bowl run. It didn't pan out. Fox had his shot, now JR is calling the shots and prepping the team for a lockout and to be in a very good position afterwards. Last year was do or die. Fox knew this. His job this season is to try and be competitive with what he has, keep the players healthy for the next coaching staff.

Best coach in the league? I think not. He's a decent coach. He was put into a bad situation by our sorry owner, but I dont feel too bad for him. He's getting bank, and will probably get another high paying coaching gig once he leaves here. He'll be aight.
