he does. he said he wanted a face of the franchise. later, a "source" leaked we'd take Luck if he entered the draft. JR didn't spell it out but we're getting Luck if he enters.

Ryan wouldn't be dull, but I would go with Rivera at this point just on known record. Of course you don't know their offense mindset. One hopes that would be a consideration, given our walking dead like offense. Also remember that while Rivera has good numbers at SD, its easier to call up blitzes and pass defense when the other team is forced into throwing the ball to keep up with Rivers and co.
