b/c Skip represents the Fox way of doing things......

guy is a good college coach.....and was a good NFL player. First undrafted RB to notch 1000 yards in a season. All good NFL coaches had to be given a shot by someone.

My dad played with Settle at App in the 1980's. He was an absolute monster and was actually the first undrafted RB to run for over 1000 yrds and made the pro bowl when he was with the Falcons. I have met John and he will be a great RB coach, yes were gonna have to get over skipper but I have a feeling John will be just as good.

Wisconsin running game has been BEASTLY to say the least...john settle will be fine...yall give skipper to much credit he had a lot of talented RBs to work with and decent run blocking offensive line

His Atlanta Falcons coach was Marion Campbell the Philadelphia Eagles Defensive coordinator 1977-85 and head coach 83-85

Will look it up when I can, but if he was a Redskin under Gibbs or a Falcon under Henning, then he fits the "all Coryell" pattern used for hiring offensive coaches up to now.
