Think we'll draft a kicker?

Something interesting was said in the PSL Town Hall meeting last night regarding the draft. It will take place no matter what, but with no CBA they won't be able to sign any UDFAs.

Since that's how I figured we would eventually address getting a new kicker, what do you think our chances are of adding a kicker in the draft? Or do you think it's a moot point because Kasay & Lloyd will be here for another year?

I'd Like to keep Kasay, Lloyd...and draft another kicker so we can confuse opponents on special teams...the triple-Full-house kicker offense.

yes, we need to draft a kicker...or pick chayne graham back up.

we need to put kasay out to pasture and get someone in here who can do FGs and kick off. we have too many needs on this team to waste 3 spots on kickers. a KO specialist is a wasted roster spot as is a FG specialist (kasay).

Alex Henery is the Nebraska kicker, big leg, accurate, kicked well in pressure situations.

Draft him, pair him with Kasay for a year as the KOS.

I'd just keep Kasay and Lloyd, and let Lloyd try and be the guy when he's done. I would rather burn a draft pick on a position player every time.

I never said anything about Baker. Let him punt and let the other two guys kick. When Kasay is finished give Lloyd a shot at the job as the full time kicker.

I thought Lloyd is an UFA. Didn't we get him back on just a 1 year deal after Minny cut him?
