During the UDFA phase an under the radar signing was Abe Camara. I've heard we are trying him @ safety ...

I need this guy to make the 53. Sneaky good signing.

I like the hits, but I gotta say, I get pretty nervous when a cornerback’s highlight reel doesn’t show him actually covering receiver.

I agree and that missed int caught my eye but I do love the temperment. Morgan is definitely slowly leaving his imprint on this defense. Tuasivi Nomura is another UDFA we picked up.

Tre'von Moehrig is a Free Safety.  I don't know what yall thought we brought him here for.

Tre'von Moehrig primarily plays Free Safety.

During his college career at TCU, he was widely regarded as a prototypical free safety due to his coverage ability, range, and ball skills. In the NFL with the Las Vegas Raiders, he has mostly lined up in a deep safety role, responsible for patrolling the back end of the defense, which fits the Free Safety profile. That said, the Raiders' defensive scheme under different coordinators has occasionally used Moehrig in versatile roles, but his primary designation remains Free Safety.

Why didnt he just draft one? not that they had to start but paying Moehrig then drafting Random feels redundant

You should go look up their coverage splits, Morgan also discusses it. Each has ample experience deep and in the box.

What I like about both is that they will come up and knock your head off in run support.

Let this FO do their thing; I think they've earned some grace this off-season.

    • The league would protect him.  The amount of poo Jerry Jones has had exposed and got away with?  The amount of poo Stephen Ross has got away with?  How long Dan Snyder got away with essentially fuging sex trafficking employees and poo???????  Taking down JR was a hit job.  You think the other 31 owners, especially the older ones aren’t blathering, blatant, ignorant ass, bigoted rich racists who have committed far worse things than Blue Jean Fridays?  The ones I named above have DEFINITELY did worse than what JR was accused of.  And do you think guys like Steve Smith would’ve been viewing him as a father figure if they felt that’s who he was?  JR pissed the league off with that last lockout situation and they made him pay.  They lined a new guy up to join their billionaire boys club in Tepper, and they prolly slid a pretty penny to Jonathan Jones to write the “expose,” to get JR out of here.  Again, all the owners I’ve listed above have been verified on record for doing worse poo, yet they’re still running their organizations, unquestioned.  They hand-picked Tepper long before JR was forced out, so he isn’t going anywhere.  Sadly.  fug the NFL.  (Also, to be clear, it’s always fug racism, bigotry, and sexual exploitation - not ever excusing it.  Just making the point that the NFL isn’t operating under this clear standard of justice applied to each and every case)
    • I was still in the throes of a contentious divorce and my job at the time had me work on Sundays.  At the beginning of the season I tried to still work around Sundays so I could see our games.  I think after Bryce came back from the benching, I said fug it.  First time in my life I intentionally didn’t watch our games, even through the Atlanta finale.  In the past, even if we didn’t live up to expectations, I would watch to still support and at least analyze player development, strengths and weaknesses, coaching, etc., but Bryce makes all of that a moot point, so I stopped watching. Again, this is asinine,  it if he is retained (still can’t believe this is even a possibility of a conversation due to how shitty our organization has become under Tepper), I will NOT watch next season until he is gone.
    • Live look at Bryce playing ping pong.
