Ticket Prices

Hey guys, excited for this upcoming season! I'm hoping some experienced BoA veterans can help me with a question. My GF and I are looking to go to a Panthers game for my birthday this year, October 12. Fate has smiled upon me and we are hosting the Boyz that day! In your experience, is it wiser to wait till closer to the date to purchase tickets? I know they will be higher than average due to it being Dallas...just curious as the lowest nosebleed seats are like 200 rn...I know they just released. Thanks in advance for your advice!

I'd wait.  Nosebleeds won't be 200 later.

and after glancing at tickets online just to see.....man, the fees all these ticket companies add on are criminal.  Whatever the ticket would cost gets ballooned like crazy.  I miss the old days where you just bought them off a dude outside the stadium.

I read an article a few days ago that places like Seattle green bay and a few others are revoking tickets rights to holders that sell 100% of their tickets. That would do a lot of good league wide for bringing back some home field advantages. We aren't the only team who's stadiums get over run by visitors. It happens basically everywhere. That would go a long way to bringing ticket costs down

A lot of them are percentage based, so if you buy a high dollar ticket you get absolutely scammed.  Like 50+ bucks a ticket of useless fees sort of deal.

If you are buying Silver Club, 300 level, try and the buy ones that have the Lot 1 parking pass.

it is steps to the stadium

Also, buy on the shade side

my PSls used to be section 342, under the overhang.  I didnt care about sun or rain

plenty of sites have interactive  maps that can show you   Just know, if they are opposite side of 342, the sun will beat on your head…endzones too.

if, you know for sure that you are going, and you need a hotel room, do it now  you can always cancel

… remember, even if the panthers suck,  the national press follows them as do their fans.  Hotel rooms go fast for that game

I have no idea what's available on the single game market, but every year the team has a limited amount of single game tickets available. If you can get some of those, I would. The only way cowboys tickets get cheaper is if the cowboys are absolutely terrible. Even if the cowboys are mediocre, it will not be a cheap ticket on the aftermarket.

Fees nowadays are ridiculous. After purchasing concert tickets for my son’s 18th birthday and paying the rest of our HHI trip with 3 other families, I’m shocked at how much they are. Honestly, it’s grand theft. Some is taxes but in a world where everything is electronic, fees should be cheaper. Electrons don’t cost 10-30% of the event.

    • Teams do some super stupid stuff with mid-fairly good QBs. I think they are just absolutely terrified they will be stuck with a QB that is not the quality of the QB they have now, even if its someone like Daniel Jones. Lots of trash QBs go in the first round. I encourage you to take a look at the sad, sad list of first round QBs in the last 15 years.
    • No, it will be a raw 6'7" 17-year-old European who just played basketball for the first time in March and who the idiot GM "had first on our board." He'll play the whole G-League season, get in 42 games for the Hornets and average 1.1 ppg on 35% shooting. Been there, seen that.
    • We missed on Burns at his peak value. That’s the problem with trading for picks 2-3 years away (which people were convinced the Rams would suck by now and these would be higher picks btw). Each year away the pick is the further in value it drops. Fitt was clearly hired based on turning us around quickly. It’s one of the many reasons tanking isn’t really a thing as our player JJ is telling you in this original article. It would take the whole organization from the owners down admitting they aren’t winning soon with Burns and picks 2-3 years away having more value because that’s when we are still rebuilding. It would only make sense if Fitt had a longer leash and would more than likely be the ones making these picks anyway which you wouldn’t want. The question is would you rather have those Rams picks with the strong possibility of Fitt still being here or would you rather Fitt try to “win now” like he did and expedite his firing? Altering the timeline would affect more than just the Rams picks.
