Schlereth was exactly right with his "empty stats" comment because that's exactly what we just tried to do. Pad that stat sheet and act like Bryce did more than what we all watched.

There is a difference between 'wants' and 'fullt expects based on years of available data'.

For.antone who does actively want the team to be bad, it's likely based in the desire to hit bottom in the current configuration and move on (yet again...).

If we took a knee people would complain we weren't trying to score.

I feel like you view everything negatively.

I would much rather them make an attempt no matter what the clock, score, or stats sheet say.

We dont want to be terrible. We ARE terrible. Weve been terrible. 8 years under Tepper terrible. Many of us are over meaningless stats and moral victories. Yay we beat the Falcons last week. Who cares. We are going on a decade of being one of, if not the worst, team in the NFL. As a fan, I'm over it.

Tepper promised we weren't going to be mediocre. He sure as fug delivered on his promise.
