He had zero power on his last few throws prior to that as well. Don't want anyone to get hurt but if he needs surgery to recover then that's what he needs

I promise you, I think the shoulder injury was sustained on a run he did a few weeks ago. I recall him running for a 1st down toward the sideline and he took a good pop and kind or grimaced. Who knows but their system revolves on his ability to push it.

Ha damn, I forgot all about that whole saga. Was the final consensus that it was him though?

There were specific reasons he seemed likely, unlike the Matt Moore super Fan a few years back here that some thought was Moore himself (but I don't think was)

I like your optimism but CMC might hang 200 on us tomorrow. Then we got the Rams.

CMC has only rushed for over 100 yards in a game twice this season.

If he does get 200 its going to be a receiving and rushing totals.

He is the 49ers offense however so that may be possible, he leads them in rushing and receiving.

He actually has more receiving yards on the seaon than he does does rushing yards.

49ers run him to keep teams honest but they want to pass, hopefully our linebackers Kry Barnes, Claude Cherelus, are not liabilities in coverage.

Then again 49ers are down to their 3rd string linebackers as well.

Next timeout spend a minute on the hornets page telling Proudiddy about how great his Kon knueppel sucks thread is.

I ate my crow. Happily.  fug Adam Silver, the Spurs, Wemby not being a Hornet, the fixed lottery, the Mavericks, and Cooper Flagg.  We got the ROY, babaaaaaaay!🤣🤣🤣

A busted shoulder on the other side can kill your throw power too from the pain and not being able to torque your body.....  that "deep ball" he tried to throw as a hail Mary at the end of the half went maybe 30 yards and the he immediately left the game

His face was red as poo when he got up too.  Baker is tough as nails, but that poo was killing him.  I knew he was hurting when he tried to launch that because he has one of, if not THE strongest arms in the league . I think before he came here they measured a similar Hail Mary he threw went 80 air yards?

TheRealDeal.  I made him completely meltdown into a racism tirade because of my push and fandom of Cam.  Good times.  I appreciated Matt though.  I felt he deserved more of a chance in the league.  I always strongly suspected TRD wasn’t Matt but that he knew him and possibly may have been family.

    • That may be true but not having a competent and talented safety is what let Stafford cook us down the field in almost less than 1 minute and bouncing us out the playoffs.  Scott is a liability in each level of the game IMO and a versatile player at that position can completely change the look of a defense just as much as a pass rusher. Knocked down passes big moments, turnovers, TFL, QB pressures on blitzes, etcetera.   I'm  not saying you don't want us to draft a safety, but most of us should agree that WE NEEEED a lights out safety on this team finally.  If DM moves up a spot before Vikings and not give up much to snag him for us I won't be mad in slightest. This kid is a DAWG and I believe he could possibly be a staple on this defense the likes of the guys we still sing praises for Peppers, Kuechly, Davis, Rucker, Beason, Morgan, Gamble..............Thieneman?

    • Picks: Nos. 19, 51, 83, 119, 158, 159, 200 I'm extremely excited for the Panthers' 2026 draft. How could you not be? After two straight offseasons of aggressive defensive spending, coordinator Ejiro Evero's unit looks ready to make the leap. Jaelan Phillips and Devin Lloydfill out two of the biggest gaps on the roster, though the Panthers should not be discounted from drafting a top edge rusher early. Phillips is a major injury risk and not a sack artist, so he doesn't fully solve the Panthers' 5.3% sack rate from last season (27th in the league). The Panthers might be the Akheem Mesidor(Miami) team, as they need his production immediately. The Panthers are also often tagged as the Kenyon Sadiq team, which is very possible. No one among Tommy Tremble, Ja'Tavion Sanders and Mitchell Evans has played his way into an unquestioned starting role. But the Panthers do have three tight ends on the roster, two of whom are on rookie contracts. Sadiq would fit nicely in Dave Canales' offense, which has a dynamic screen game and schemes up targets well. But I'd like to see an accompanying move to make room at the position for Sadiq's snaps to love the pick. There's much more room at wide receiver, where a second three-level option to run besides Offensive Rookie of the Year Tetairoa McMillan could really bust open this offense. I could see an early pick spent in the secondary, which might come as a surprise to some. Slot corner Chau Smith-Wade has been fine but could be improved upon if an elite nickel option is available at No. 51 (think D'Angelo Ponds from Indiana or Keionte Scottfrom Miami). Depth behind the outside corners is also quite thin, and Mike Jackson (29 years old) is in a contract year, so a player with inside-out versatility would have even more value. Clemson's Avieon Terrell, anyone? The Panthers can also buttress the slot by drafting a safety with good man coverage traits to play opposite Tre'von Moehrig, as neither Lathan Ransom nor Nick Scott has emphatically secured that role. Treydan Stukes(Arizona) is another option who would make a lot of sense at No. 51. Bottom line: Wide receiver, pass rusher and defensive back are the big needs. Attack them aggressively -- this is the end of Bryce Young's rookie contract, so it's time to push
