Bryce might be my least favorite football player of all time

Recommended Posts

I mean, Lawrence Phillips, Rae Carruth…

Yeah I hear you. I was convinced he was a bust before they took him. So three years was coming down in a block when they did that, in my mind.
I didn’t think I’d make it but here we are, with the threat of a 4th year hanging in the air. Demoralizing for sure.

I just don’t know what other conversation there is to have about the Panthers right now. Like are we going to debate DB depth right now or whatever?

we all see what’s going on here

He is the elephant in every room right now. Canales and Tepper run way behind although Tepper should get more heat.

I don't dislike the kid.  When you see a belligerent child, you know some half baked parent is enabling them, laughing at how cute their kid is while everyone else sees the truth.

It's the coaching, front office and ownership that has created this dynamic, Bryce is just following the role they laid out for him.

Does anyone seriously think Bryce will miss football?   It's a means to an end for him but he clearly has no passion for it.

How this kid with no special skills has made it to this point is almost Manchurian.

I also get that feeling like he’ll go to grad school or start a hobby farm after this. It just doesn’t feel like he cares like a #1 pick would.

I think he genuinely is a talented NFL QB. He’s gotten so much farther than millions of other guys. His performance 2 weeks ago was gutsy and he played to his strengths. He’s shifty, throws his guys open, and can handle NFL level playbooks and defenses.

He’s just not good enough. I don’t then he’ll ever start a meaningful game again after this season. His teammates will give up on him and their coach soon if this continues. His arm is very weak, he can’t see the field, he knows he can’t cut it. His accuracy is not good enough to make up for his short comings.

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
