1. Vibes/language/who fits that framework, how does the organization talk with one another, how does self scouting occur  all  creating a sustainable organizational culture 

2. Striving for Positive tension discussions within organization    Example  did we win game x by luck or execution   Luck isn’t sustainable   The goal is sustained execution 

3. Hiring staff fitting framework of  one and 2
