How do you blow a coverage that bad? No one ever covered that guy. He was open from the snap it just took Darnold forever to come off of the trips.

Looked like the Seahakws picked the man who was suppose to cover him. I believe 2 routes were designed to pick the defender.

Why wouldn't the Rams go for 2 to start with, I probably would've.

well ig if you blow it, then it basically gives the other team a much easier win. Make them take the risk, theres no guarantee they'll score to begin with. If they do score then they have to take the risk.

Seattle was a 3% probability to win the game in 4Q with 8 minutes to go. 3 straight 2 point conversions and a ton of ball bounces, perfect throws, and breaks needed to pull out that win. That was worse than what happened to the Panthers against the Saints with the lead and 11 minutes to go.

It always happens. Darnold is talented guy but he must be predictable as hell on film because as soon as opposing DCs and DBs start piling up multiple games of film on him in a system it all inevitably comes crashing down.

Until he looks like an all star  and wins the game.

Kudos to the Seattle coaching staff for calling timeouts on the plus side of the 2 minute warning.

I get furious when I see coaches let 30-50 seconds bleed off the clock to not call timeouts before the 2 minute warning.

You can manage the clock much better / efficiently when you have the ball vs letting the other team dictate the time.

Canales has done this poor clock management twice this season.

Dude he is the epitome of poor clock management.
