That was the stupidest draft decision next to our Bryce selection in quite some time. You have just signed a vet to a huge deal to be your starter and you go top ten with another QB?

Watching other teams QB's, even old ass Cousins, he looks smooth throwing the ball.... Watching Bryce its like he plays really hard just to make the simple passes. We really have to get a new QB in here. As much as Bryce can be clutch sometimes, it just isn't worth the up and down

Agreed. Most of their fans blame VP RIch McKay or Arthur Blank for their fails. A lot of their moves under Blank's ownership don't make sense.

Adding to the list of things Bryce can’t do:

QB sneak

Hail Mary 

Line up under center (only shotgun)

See over the offensive line

Talk to the media

Energize his fans

Motivate his teammates

Instill confidence in his coach.

He’s the opposite of Baker Mayfield and we let Baker Mayfield go…to see him succeed elsewhere.

BY9 is not a project we need to continue to invest in.

      Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.

      I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
