This is such a horrible matchup for us

In order for Sam to make a stupid mistakes he needs to be pressured which is something we struggle to generate. JSN in slot with CSW is free eats

Then on the flip side their D is 2nd in EPA/play. Their corners are physical with length which will cause issues

I look forward to watching this one because ultimately next week is all that matters but this one is a tough one

After the game Canales said Seattle played more than they showed previously and he has to “adjust”

How do you not expect them to come out playing more man despite what they’ve shown on film when look at our WR’s and their CB’s. Just braindead sh!t

This. He can't figure out that each team vs. team is a completely different paradigm and he just went with "what they did to other, completely different teams". This is sub-100 IQ level poo here people.

It's not a game plan. When a team plays zone and can still get pressure Bryce cannot see the open space in the zone because it's typically over the middle. Bryce checks down, rolls out or throws the ball outside on literally every throw . He cannot beat a good zone team

So what does a "good" coach to do ameliorate that?

Tell his GM he needs a QB who isn't a major liability

Possibly true. I'm not a huge fan of Bryce. I just see a coach completely out of his depth. He either thinks Bryce is "it" and is a bad coach for it, or see's that he's not and does nothing about it...and is a bad coach for it.

That's why I'm not a fan of him. And Tackling... i.e. our lack of it.

LOL, the support team that let's their PROFESSIONAL players who make millions of dollars "shoulder bump" tackle players? That support team?? LOFL.

The defense forced 3 turnovers and only gave up touchdowns when Seattle began their drives on the Carolina 21, 29, and 25. Its actually amazing how literally everyone outside Bryce has absolutely no room for error. People like you don't realize it, but you're making the case that Bryce needs a top 5 Defense, WR corp, RB duo, and Oline in order to even be competitive. That isn't an indictment on the team, that is an indictment of Bryce.

Canales knows Bryce can’t consistently throw deep so his play calling is limited at best. He has to run a dink n dunk offense with this weak armed low rent QB.

We keep saying this, but we literally haven't given Bryce the chance to prove that once under DC...

Don't get me wrong, I don't like Bryce. But DC is borderline intentionally sabotaging Bryce with his poo playcalling

i dont think so,. i think what he is doing is giving bryce what he feels comfortable throwing. this is the result. sometimes you can luck up and get away with it. other times teams beat it. i dont know any magical plays that would make BY play better where he wouldnt have to do the same stuff on each play, climb the pocket, go through progresssions ets.

Bingo!

A good zone team takes him down every time.
