Necas for Stank and Hall

Looks like Tuskly messed up this one.  55 points to 11 points.  What a fuging joke. Hell, Mikko has 50 points already.  Hall and stank have a combined 11. Dumbass team doesn’t deserve to win a cup.

Necas didn't want to be here... What did you want them to do with Mikko... Let him walk for free and ruin half a season???

Maybe Rod changing his philosophy a little so that stars dont turn into JAGs.

Neither Necas nor Mikko wanted to be here. As straight forward as the FA and salary cap system is, there's not a lot of ways to escape from a deal you failed to vet ahead of time.

Guentzel and Mikko should have both been vetted for long term deals before they were brought in.

That being said, there are bigger problems facing this team today, and continuing to dwell on yesterday's mistakes don't help anyone or anything.

That’s completely false on Jake Guenzal . He wanted to be here. Tulsky played hardball versus offering the contract that he wanted beforehand. Also, that’s a point of a message board is to discuss. So we will dwell all we want 😜. The moves  that they have made aren’t working and it needs to be fixed.

Necas wasn't getting 11.5m a year here  and you Hall has 17 points so combined 28

That misconception has been debunked many times by several sources.

Tampa came in with an offer that Carolina didn't try to match or exceed. At that point Guentzel had 1 choice if he wanted to play hockey- Tampa.

For the record we had to sign Jarvis too. We had to either commit to Jake or Jarvis. I don’t think we had the cap for both, at least not until Jarvis signed, by then it was too late Jake was gone.

We had the cap…at the time…for 2 out of the three. We got one of them. Piss poor decisions.

The problem isn’t the trades. The problem is not having Mikko and Guentzel signed in all but formality before the trades were even executed. Dallas wouldn’t do the trade without Mikko signing, why would we? The most baffling thing is it happening 2 years in a row. Just bad business.

Hard rumor that the Hurricane's front office talked to Mikko's agent and he agreed to come so the team kept working on the trade which took 9 weeks to get done.

This was before the season had even started.

    • My projection. I think at WR its time to go with youth. This means Moore should be the odd man out. Horn can return both punts and kicks and Tremayne is a better WR than Moore. XL gets one more year to prove himself, although I could see a trade in the future which would mean Moore could stay. For OL, I would like us to bring back Brady if we can. The RBs, Trevor can return both punts and kicks too. With the uncertainty of Brooks and Dillon, its hard to choose either one. I think the team would like for Brooks to have a breakout season to clear any uncertainty that he deserves a spot. For now, I have them both even and on the team. DL looks solid as well as OLB. Watch out for the UDFA of Aaron Hall and Isaiah Smith at OLB. They look promising and could knock someone off the team. ILB is still the biggest weakness on the team. We need to upgrade that any means necessary. CB is strong and Im praying to all the Gods that Wheatley beats out Scott at FS.  OFFENSE: WR: Tetairoa McMillan - *Chris Brazzell II* - Brycen Tremayne TE: Tommy Tremble - James Mitchell LT: #Rasheed Walker# - *Monroe Freeling* LG: Damien Lewis C- #Luke Fortner# - *Sam Hecht* RG: Robert Hunt - #Saahdiq Charles# RT: Taylor Moton - #Stone Forsythe# TE: Ja`Tavion Sanders - Mitchell Evans WR: Xavier Legette - Jalen Coker - Jimmy Horn Jr. QB: Bryce Young - #Kenny Pickett# RB: Chuba Hubbard - Trevor Etienne - #AJ Dillon# - Jonathon Brooks DEFENSE: LE: Tershawn Wharton - Bobby Brown III  NT: *Lee Hunter* - Cam Jackson RE: Derrick Brown - LaBryan Ray LOLB: Nic Scourton - Patrick Jones II  LILB: Trevin Wallace - Bam Martin-Scott - *Jackson Kuwatch* RILB: #Devin Lloyd# - Claudin Cherrelus  ROLB: #Jaelen Phillips# - Princely Umanmielen LCB: Jaycee Horn - Akayleb Evans RCB: Mike Jackson - *Will Lee III* - Chau Smith-Wade SS: Tre`von Moehrig - Lathan Ransom FS:  Nick Scott - *Zakee Wheatley* - Demani Richardson  SPECIAL TEAMS: K/KO: Ryan Fitzgerald P/H: Sam Martin KR: Trevor Etienne - Jimmy Horn Jr. PR: Trevor Etienne - Jimmy Horn Jr. LS: J.J. • His contract is guaranteed.  Legette is just not where he needs to be mentally.  Not fully invested, it seems.
    • Literally like Hill. He's not QB1 material (now or ever), but if we can turn him into a H-back and use him like  Swiss army knife, that's his ticket to make the roster.  H-back/emergency QB.  I wonder how good his hands are?  If they are at least above average by NFL standards then we can line him up in the backfield, in the slot, split out wide and of course, in the Wildcat.
