My way too early predictions (because I feel like at least one more coach is getting fired)

Titans- Matt Nagy

Giants-Mike McCarthy

Raiders-John Harbaugh

Cardinals- Chris Shula

Falcons- Klint Kubiak

Browns- Vance Joseph

Ravens- Brian Flores

I think the only one you possibly got right is Harbaugh to the Raiders haha

I would be shocked. I think he goes to the Giants, possibly the Raiders. He will want to go somewhere with a promising young QB. Atlanta is a hard sell with a rapidly aging Kirk Cousins and Penix’s shredded knee at QB.

Very much possible. I would suggest he avoids the AFC West though because his brother is there already.

Tepper better throw that man whatever he wants to come here in whatever capacity he wants.

We know that won't happen due to his ego...when the coach is told hes tethered to Brycie with no recourse and he bolts...only later to be said he didn't interview well... Think its reasonable to say thats how we got DC....

Harbaugh will end up in Miami. While they have a decent foundation for the team, they are in a newly resetting division that will feature pushover Jets twice a season.

And then the biggest unspoken factor... tax benefits from living in Florida. There's no state income tax there. Tennessee is the same, but they've got a massive amount of work for a rebuild.

Ryan Fitzpatrick warns teams about hiring "dictator" Brian Flores

NFL insider Ryan Fitzpatrick is warning teams to think twice before hiring Brian Flores as a head coach, painting a stark picture of the former Dolphins head man’s leadership style that could impact Flores’s candidacy this offseason. Fitzpatrick, who played under Flores in Miami, said on his podcast that Flores “became a dictator” during the later stages of his tenure with the Dolphins, alleging that the coach burned bridges and alienated coaching staff members — a reputation that could follow him as franchises interview him for head‑coach openings. While Flores has rehabilitated his image with roles in Pittsburgh and as the Vikings’ defensive coordinator, Fitzpatrick’s comments serve as a cautionary note for teams eyeing him for leadership roles. The former QB stressed that, despite Flores’s defensive acumen and likability in interviews, successful head coaches must foster collaboration and positive relationships — something Fitzpatrick suggests Flores struggled with previously. #NFL #BrianFlores #RyanFitzpatrick
