What excites me is while there was no way we were ever going to fill all the holes we had, we took players that made sense. There is still another draft or two before we’re ready for contention but this was a really positive step in the right direction.

The 5th round picks, both of them, are skewing it favorably. Both those prospects were expected to go round 3 or 4 from what I've seen.

Pretty good. I don't dislike any of the picks and they definitely went with need.  I would have just have went with different players at those need positions in most instances.

The worst thing he did was trade up 2 slots. Which I don’t consider bad at all but some people were raging. 
 

The overlooking of ILB was unfortunate but if you are gonna do that, at least do it for your front and that’s the way it went. As far as the players, nobody knows the future. They were all sound decisions.

They explained this as there was a huge drop off in DT after Hunter.  Going up 2 spots without losing much draft capital was a smart move. They wanted him and were concern the pick before them, NYJ I believe, were considering him.

Brazzell is my favorite pick, but Sam Hecht in the 5th is close second. Very solid picks. Ones base on film, not mad at all.
