Canes are the deepest team in the league.  We have the best 4th line.  Jankowski, Robinson, and Carrier have been very good.

When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.

After Brindamour figured out how to stop that stupid behind the net offense setup Montreal did in Game 1 they’ve been dead to rights. They don’t have an answer and the series is over. I hope Canes fans relentlessly torment Carter Hart about being a rapist so we can win our second cup

Happy they won convincingly instead of letting them hang around.

Montreal is cooked, and rather than play hockey, they've decided to take some really cheap shots at guys. I get a player may feel a need to set the tone, and I understand how that works. But to 2-hand cross check someone intentionally in the face, to have a guy down on the ice and put his head into the ice with a stick, to just start punching anyone who gets within arm's reach- that's not setting the tone. That is nothing short of playing dirty. 

That said, the Canes.... oh boy. They could have run this score to 6-0 with half a power play. It's embarrassing how bad the PP is. If the Canes go to the Cup finals against a team who scores at least 1 goal per game on the PP, they'll lose the close games because of the lack of results on the PP.

Honestly if you're just skating around punching people and not even playing hockey, they should throw you out of the game.

Man this was honestly one of the most dominant beatdowns I can recall in a while in the playoffs. I think Montreal had like 1 legit shot on net the entire night. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if Montreal's xG was barely above 1.

I will be pissed if we lost the Cup due to one of the most glaring weaknesses we all have been pointing out for the past 7 years.

they don’t f*cking shoot the puck on the power play it’s maddening watching them skate and pass hoping for the perfect opportunity when they just need to throw puck at the net especially on a 5 on 3. They were winning 3-0 and they shot once on a 5 on 3. that is loser hockey right there
